Hey everyone. I’m going to be taking a hiatus for the fall semester, as I have a very difficult and busy schedule. I’m sorry that my posting for the summer had to end on such a sad note. Please keep sending your good thoughts to Ashley, Zuny, Sojung, and the friends and families of Eunbi and Risae. I can’t imagine what they’re going through and I wish that this never happened.

Thank you all for sticking with me through this, as I know many of my followers do not have much of a connection to Ladies’ Code. I’ll see you all around again in December.

Although Rise & Eunbi left us too soon, there’s comfort in knowing the two of them are in heaven keeping each other company. Maybe they’re even playing their favorite game of air ping pong ♡  RIP EUNBI & RIP RISE

Heaven gained two beautiful angels. At such young ages, these girls were not yet ready to leave. Thank you for sharing your amazing talent with the world, you may now rest peacefully. Once a lady, always a lady.

RIP EunB (1993 - 2014)

RIP RiSe (1991 - 2014)

I wish I could do more than write a small text, but this is the best way I found to pay a tribute to these two amazing entertainers.

This week might be one of the saddest weeks of the year. When someone passes away, it always get me questioning a lot of things about life, but when young people leave this world, it’s different. People always say that “only the good ones die young” and this proves it right. I’m sure these two young ladies brought a lot of happiness to a lot of people, and this won’t stop here, their work, their dedication, their talent will live on. The good memories will overshadow the sadness and like this, they will live forever in our hearts. I’m sure that the sky is shining brighter now.

Once again I’d like to tell that my heart goes out to their families, their friends, their fans and their group mates. I’d like to wish them all the strength necessary to overcome this.  #RipRise #RipEunB

i cannot say i had a bias in ladies’ code because they all made me laugh and smile so incredibly much, but i do know that my laughter was always that bit louder and more unrestrained when it came to rise, who just seemed to know how to make everyone so happy and at ease, whether they were right next to her or on the other side of an internet connection and the world. she was so funny; so, so full of humor and life. this week has hurt so much, and been filled with so much hope, and even though rise has left us now too, she has risen to a place in the stars where she will get to shine on and look over us forever more. i am so sad, but i know that rise and eunb were not about sadness, they were life itself and with that knowledge i believe it will be easy, after this second wave of grief, to remember them and smile. now it’s time to be strong for sojung - who still has a dream within her grasp, i don’t care what anyone says about how her appearance may change that - and zuny and ashley, and i have no doubt lavelys can be strong, because we have come together so incredibly amongst ourselves and with the kpop fandom as a whole this week in the most positive of ways. i don’t think i’ll ever see eunb and rise as truly gone, because they will always be in their songs, and they will always be in the happy moments they’ve given me since debut. may they rest in peace. thank you for everything, you two, you were and will always be true lights in my life.

Again, another beautiful, talented girl has been taken from us. This is without a doubt the most tragic thing I’ve witnessed during my time as a kpop fan. Rest in peace, Kwon Risae. Your Lavelies will keep you in their hearts no matter what. ♡
